2. What Outfitly does
Outfitly is an AI-powered fashion price comparison service. We help users find outfit suggestions and compare prices across UK fashion retailers. We earn affiliate commission when users purchase products through links on our site. Product prices and availability are provided by retailers and may change without notice. We do not sell products directly.
3. Affiliate disclosure
Outfitly participates in affiliate marketing programmes. This means we earn a commission when you click a product link and make a purchase on a retailer's website. This comes at no extra cost to you — the price you pay is exactly the same whether you arrive via our link or directly. We are transparent about this relationship and it does not influence which products we show you.
4. Price accuracy
We make every effort to display accurate prices from retailers. However prices change frequently and we cannot guarantee that the price shown on Outfitly matches the price on the retailer's website at the time of purchase. 5. Virtual try-on feature
Our virtual try-on feature is powered by AI and generates an approximate visualisation of how a garment may look. Results are illustrative only and may not accurately represent the actual fit, colour or appearance of garments. We do not guarantee that items will look exactly as shown in try-on renders. Always refer to the retailer's own size guides and return policies before purchasing.
6. AI generated content
Outfit suggestions on Outfitly are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy and relevance, AI suggestions are for inspiration only. We do not guarantee that suggested outfits will be available, in stock, or suitable for your specific needs. Exercise your own judgement when making purchasing decisions.
7. User conduct
You agree not to use Outfitly for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to scrape or extract data from our site in bulk, to interfere with or disrupt our service, or to upload photos of other people without their consent for the virtual try-on feature.
8. Intellectual property
All content on Outfitly including our AI search technology, design, code and branding is owned by Outfitly and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.
9. Third party websites
Outfitly contains links to third party retailer websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices or terms of these websites. Your interactions with retailers are governed by their own terms and conditions. We encourage you to read retailer terms and return policies before making purchases.
10. Limitation of liability
Outfitly is provided on an as-is basis. We make no warranties about the accuracy, reliability or availability of our service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Outfitly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our service.
